Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Accounts Management:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including data entry and reconciliation.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions using Tally.
- Prepare and submit financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Client Relations:
- Liaise with clients to resolve billing issues and inquiries.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and follow-up on payments.
- Documentation and Filing:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy retrieval.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of financial and administrative records.
- General Support:
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in accounts or a related field.
- Any degree.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Tally software is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
