Responsibilities:
Assisting in the implementation and configuration of internal ERP, CRM, and Field Service Management solutions.
Customizing modules, workflows, and data structures based on business requirements.
Supporting data entry, migration, and system validation processes.
Troubleshooting basic technical issues and coordinating with the development team for advanced fixes.
Testing system functionalities and ensuring smooth integration across different business operations.
Documenting system processes, user guidelines, and implementation steps.
Qualification: MCA Students / MCA Graduates (Candidates who have completed MCA within the last one year)
