Baker & Grey is looking for a proactive and experienced General Manager to lead our business operations and sales initiatives. The GM will manage cross-functional teams, engage clients, and ensure seamless coordination across departments. This is a leadership role ideal for individuals with proven experience in sales team management, client handling, and business operations.

Coordinate billing, collections, and budgeting activities
Monitor project costing and profitability
Support documentation and financial reporting
Technical Coordination
Act as the bridge between clients and technical teams
Ensure timely project execution with defined scope and timelines
Maintain cross-department communication

Qualifications & Experience
