Baker & Grey is looking for a proactive and experienced General Manager to lead our business operations and sales initiatives. The GM will manage cross-functional teams, engage clients, and ensure seamless coordination across departments. This is a leadership role ideal for individuals with proven experience in sales team management, client handling, and business operations.

Team Management

Sales Management

  • Work with technical teams to deliver accurate and feasible solutions


General Administration
  • Oversee office administration, HR coordination, and vendor handling

  • Supervise the Accounts & Administrative Officer

  • Ensure compliance and smooth internal operations


Finance Oversight
  • Coordinate billing, collections, and budgeting activities

  • Monitor project costing and profitability

  • Support documentation and financial reporting


Technical Coordination
  • Act as the bridge between clients and technical teams

  • Ensure timely project execution with defined scope and timelines

  • Maintain cross-department communication


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reports


Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduate in any discipline (Engineering, Business, or Commerce preferred)

  • Prior experience in leading teams and managing sales operations

  • 7–12 years of relevant experience preferred

  • Retired professionals with relevant exposure are encouraged to apply
