* Identifying and recruiting freelance technicians to build a flexible workforce.
* Initiating and managing collaborations with other integrators to expand the service network.
* Managing the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
* Maintaining internal HR documentation and tracking performance.
* Developing a database of partners to ensure faster service delivery to clients.
* Gamification to improve employee performance, retention and incentive system
Qualification: MBA Students / Those completed MBA within last one year
