Baker & Grey is looking for a responsible and well-organised Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and visitors efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle routine office administration and coordination

  • Maintain files, records, and documentation

  • Support purchase, inventory, and vendor coordination

  • Assist in basic accounts and office reporting tasks

  • Manage calls, emails, and visitor coordination

  • Ensure overall discipline and smooth functioning of the office

Requirements

  • Any Graduate

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in office administration or similar role

  • Good communication and organisational skills

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling

  • Candidates preferably based in Ernakulam

  • Open to both male and female candidates
