Baker & Grey is looking for a responsible and well-organised Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and visitors efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
Handle routine office administration and coordination
Maintain files, records, and documentation
Support purchase, inventory, and vendor coordination
Assist in basic accounts and office reporting tasks
Manage calls, emails, and visitor coordination
Ensure overall discipline and smooth functioning of the office
Requirements
Any Graduate
1 to 2 years of experience in office administration or similar role
Good communication and organisational skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling
Candidates preferably based in Ernakulam
Open to both male and female candidates
